TractionWork pricing FAQ

1. What will my TractionWork subscription cost?

TractionWork is more accessible for teams of all sizes. Our pay-per-user model will stay the same, but we have decreased the initial tier size and decreased the price of the second two tiers.

2. Can I try TractionWork for free?

Of course! We offer a 30-day free trial for access to all features, and Community Support.

3. What is a TractionWork user?

A TractionWork user is any user that can login to your Workspace and exists in User Management Setting.

4. How are users counted towards billing?

You can add and remove users as your team changes. At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month’s subscription based on the exact number of TractionWork users you have.

5. Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Yes! For annual subscriptions, you will be billed for the tier that most closely matches your user count. Annual subscriptions may offer a discount depending on the number of users purchased.

6. What payment options do you accept?

Monthly subscriptions are payable by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or American Express) via Paddle. Annual subscriptions can be paid via credit card, bank transfer, or check.

7. What happens if I'm not satisfied with my Traction purchase?

If you’re not satisfied with any SaaS Cloud product or service, we don’t refund within your first paid month after your trial period for monthly subscriptions. No questions asked.

8. What happens if I exceed the Free plan's user limit?

When you exceed the Free plan’s user limit, we’ll automatically upgrade you to a free trial of the Base plan. No payment information is required and you can cancel any time.

9. How does adding and removing members work?

Whether you’re on a monthly or yearly billing schedule, your account may be charged on a monthly basis if you make these types of changes. If you added members, your account will be charged a prorated amount based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time each member was added. If you removed members, your account will be credited in the same way.

10. What happens when I change plans?

Upgrading or downgrading your plan works similarly to adding and removing members. Your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.
